Registration includes

- Access to whole scientific program (Plenary lectures, Workshop, Sessions and Poster sessions)

Congress dinner

Congress dinner is partially funded by the organization for early registered participants and accompanying persons (up to April 19th). After this date, persons interested in attending the congress dinner should pay the whole dinner fee (50 €)


An excursion is organized after the congress in Saturday, September 21th, to visit Manzanares El Real Castle, La Pedriza, and having lunch in a typical restaurant in the village. More details in the webpage of Excursion. Participants interested in the excursion should book it in the Registration Form.


The “Red Española de Aeropalinología” (REA) and the French Society of Palynology (APLF) offer grants for students, members of REA or APLF respectively. REA grants should be applied before April 5th.

Confirmation of registration

Participants will receive the confirmation of their registration once the registration form and payment are received.

Cancellation policy

For cancelations received before July 31th, the organization will return 50% of the registration less 25 € of processing costs. There are no refunds possible after August 1st. Send cancellations by e-mail to the Technical Secretariat
